Although the production of Cresco components has been completed, we are handling complaints regarding components that have been in use for a shorter period than ten years.
If a Cresco bridge breaks, in most cases what has happened is that the bridge screws have fractured. To get new screws to the bridge, you must fill in a guarantee form and send to Elos Medtech. After approval of the complaint, an order for new bridge screws is automatically created. NOTE: The warranty period is not extended by installation new screws. It is the first install date of the bridge that is valid for the warranty period.
In some cases an insert has been used between the dental implant and the Cresco bridge. If the insert is broken, the bridge might need to be re-made. Then we offer the Elos Accurate Hybrid Base solution. You can read about how to use the Cresco bridge as a template for a new, milled bridge, created in a digital workflow here. Regardless of problem, the start point of the handling process is via the guarantee form.
